Arnaud Gautier - View Posts
Arnaud Gautier is the former Vice President Product Management for MegaPath where he was responsible for the company’s product roadmap and the deployment of its services, including data, voice, private networking, and security. Prior to the merger of Speakeasy and MegaPath in 2010, Gautier oversaw the launch and rapid growth of Speakeasy’s business data and Voice over IP services. Prior to Speakeasy, he held a variety of senior marketing and product development roles with Myrio, AT&T Wireless, Boeing, The Walter Group, and Alcatel Space Systems.
Gautier holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (Paris) and received his MBA from the University of Washington.
Beth Tyebjee - View Posts
Beth Tyebjee has over 26 years of experience in the telecom and data communications industry. She joined MegaPath in 2004 and is currently responsible for all marketing strategy and programs, corporate communications, and segment/product marketing.
Prior to joining MegaPath, Beth co-founded Yipes Communications and served as its SVP of Strategic Partnerships, held the position of VP of Strategic Marketing at U.S. West, was responsible for product development at Pacific Telesis, and developed/led the first Bell Company Internet-access business.
Beth received a BS from the University of San Francisco and graduated from the Harvard Business School executive PMD program.
Diane Giuffre - View Posts
Diane Giuffre holds the position of Voice Product Manager at MegaPath. She has 25 years experience in telecommunications, 17 of which was spent at MCI Communications. Diane spent the first 10 years in voice network engineering, and then made the switch to marketing. Her product management focus has been on products like voice conferencing, collaboration, unified communications, and VoIP. Diane’s first introduction to VoIP was in 2004, when MCI rolled out its VoIP audio conferencing product. Subsequent to MCI, Diane worked for a hosted IP PBX company, working on introducing new features.

Eric Beller - View Posts
Eric Beller is Vice President of Channel Sales, where he leads the teams responsible for growing the MegaPath Channel Sales and Partner Program. He joined the new MegaPath company from Speakeasy, where he held multiple roles—including Director of Channel Sales and Director of Marketing for the Partner Program. While at Speakeasy, he helped build a successful Partner Program group that grew to over 30% of total sales.
Eric has 15 years of telecommunications experience in variety of sales and marketing roles while working for such reputable companies as Cable and Wireless, ICG Communications, and Speakeasy. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

Janet Wong was the Senior Product Manager for Security at MegaPath, and has delivered security products and services to large enterprises (Global 100) for over ten years. Leveraging her consulting background, Janet expanded her technology focus to include secured socket layer virtual private networks and unified threat management technologies. In her role at MegaPath, Janet launched a new service using SSL VPN for the Retail / Distribution industry. Currently, Janet is building products to address security and compliancy at the customer network level.

Michael Francois - View Posts
Michael Francois was Vice President of Network Planning at MegaPath, and blogged about Business Connectivity, focusing on Broadband, Next Generation Networks, Security and VoIP.
Michael has over 20 years experience in the telecom and data communications industry. He joined the company in 1999, and has held various roles with responsibilities including network engineering, network budgeting, vendor management, network provisioning, infrastructure management, capacity planning and telecom negotiations.
Prior to the merger between MegaPath and Netifice in April 2006, Michael was also VP of Network Planning, and was responsible for establishing relationships with various access providers. Michael was Vice President of Network Engineering of Epoch Internet before it was acquired by Netifice in 2002. In this position he oversaw the expansion of the national IP network, and was instrumental in the launch of the data center business. Michael came to Epoch Internet from Intermedia, where he had been Senior Director of Data Network Planning and had responsibility for the national ATM, Frame Relay and IP networks. Michael was Director of IP Network Planning at DIGEX prior to its acquisition by Intermedia, and in this role held responsibility for the telecom and access planning of one of the early national ISP networks. Before entering the private sector, Michael also spent 5 years managing networks for the Maryland Department of Transportation.
Michael received a master of science degree in computer systems management from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Frostburg State University.

Mike Gruszka is a Director of Product Management for MegaPath—one of the leading providers of IP communications services in North America—where he is responsible for overseeing the Voice product—including Hosted PBX, Integrated Access, and SIP Trunking. Prior to the Speakeasy/MegaPath merger in 2010, Mike led the Speakeasy Voice product team. Before joining Speakeasy, he was the product marketing manager for Clearwire’s consumer voice product.
